Immersive Opposition Analysis.
The Association Of Professional football analysis is planning an ‘Immersive Opposition Analysis’ event. The aim of the event is for ambitious coaches & analysts to network, learn and experience professional Opposition Analysis in-person, and around an MLS fixture.
Upon registration, you’ll be granted access to the APFA course in Opposition Analysis, and expected to navigate through it prior to the in-person event. You will, however, not be required to submit your final opposition analysis project.
Instead, you’ll be divided into small groups and perform an opposition analysis project throughout the day of the MLS fixture. Groups will present a brief overview of their findings to the rest of the cohort.
The learners will then watch the MLS fixture live at the stadium, followed by the post-game debrief the following day.
Throughout the event, professional Analysts will offer their input, advice and insight into their work, including a Q&A session with coaches and/or analysts from the teams participating in the fixture.
Attendees will be provided their APFA Opposition Analysis certification following the event.

7pm – MLS Game (Inter Miami vs Austin FC)
Game Day +1
9am – Debrief – Group(s) presentations
10am – Guest presentation/ Q&A home team staff analyst/coach
11am – Closing remarks etc.
12pm – Depart
