About the Club

The club is focused on progressing both on and off the pitch and is now seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Performance Analysis to lead and evolve the department.
Role Overview
As Head of Performance Analysis, you will play a central role within the Football Operations team. You will lead all First Team analysis processes, delivering insights that support tactical planning, performance optimisation, and player development. This includes pre-match, live match, and post-match work, as well as the strategic direction of analysis at the club.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the First Team’s performance analysis operations and strategy.
- Deliver detailed match, opposition, and training analysis.
- Provide live match-day support and contribute to post-match debriefs.
- Work closely with coaching staff to inform tactical decisions and player feedback.
- Oversee individual player analysis and development tracking.
- Manage software and tools such as Hudl Sportscode, Wyscout, and Keynote.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Candidate Profile
Essential
- Previous experience in a senior football analysis role.
- Excellent tactical understanding of the game.
- Proficiency with Sportscode, Hudl, video editing tools, Keynote, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Previous experience as a Head of Analysis.
- Degree in Performance Analysis or related discipline.
- Familiarity with data analysis.
- FA or equivalent performance analysis qualifications.
