IMPECT is seeking a Client Success Manager based in the UK to ensure the satisfaction, retention, and growth of our UK football clients.

This role will focus on delivering outstanding support and strategic guidance to football clubs, leagues and agencies using IMPECT’s advanced data analytics solutions. You will be the main point of contact post-sale, ensuring our clients maximise the value of our products and deepen their engagement with data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring a quick time-to-value with IMPECT products.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across football clubs and related organisations.
  • Support & Training: Deliver expert guidance, training sessions, and ongoing support tailored to each client’s objectives and level of data fluency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor client engagement, usage, and satisfaction
  • Feedback & Collaboration: Act as the voice of the client internally, translating client needs into actionable feedback for product development and improvement.
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed on football performance trends and how data is being used across the UK football ecosystem to offer relevant, value-added advice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working within a football club or in a client-facing role in the football industry, ideally involving data or performance teams.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Native-level English fluency.
  • A strong understanding of the football landscape and the role of data in performance and strategy.
  • Any data-science background is a plus

  • Confident communicator with the ability to guide and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Capable of translating complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Organised, responsive, and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Location:

Based in UK, with flexibility to travel across the UK for in-person meetings, workshops, and events as needed.
