The Analysis industry is notoriously difficult to break into, with hundreds of applicants for most roles, and a historical culture of low pay and unpaid internships & volunteer positions. The APFA was launched to help current and aspiring Analysts wherever possible, and this resource was a logical step in our service to the industry.

Each downloadable template includes, a two-page CV/Resume in USA & UK A4 format, a best practice CV writing guide, a matching cover letter template and a walk-through editing guide. Files are also provided to suit Mac & Windows users and designed to be exported as a .pdf as is required for almost all job applications.
Some companies charge a significant fee to write a CV for applicants, and while this is a great solution for some, most people can’t afford this service. The APFA recognizes a need to bridge this gap and make sure, where possible, those with less financial resources aren’t losing out on job opportunities when in reality they could be a great candidate.
The APFA will shortly launch a Career Progression Centre hosted on our website. It will collate webinars, articles and other resources centered around employment into one place, making it quicker, clearer and easier to either find a job as a professional Analyst, or advance in your career.
